Returns Policy
Product returns
The goods can be returned within 10 business days and the following conditions apply:
- If the product is defective at receipt, you notify us within 2 days and send it back to us at our expense; once we check the product, we send you a new one at no extra cost.
- If for any reason you did not like the product or did not fit and you want to buy something else, you send it back to us at your own shipping costs and once we check the proper condition of the product you have the option to buy something else of equal or greater value, which you will also receive at your own shipping costs.
- Returned products must be in their original condition as when you received them. They must be in their original packaging, undamaged and properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transportation.
- If any of the above conditions do not apply, then the return is cancelled and you will be charged with the shipping costs.
- Before any return, you must first contact us by e-mail or telephone so that we can register the return, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Refunds are not possible.
